Cancellations

BELLE MÈRE requires 48hrs notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of hair appointments. Our bookings are scheduled carefully to ensure we have enough time and space to complete your appointment.

We send a text reminder to confirm your appointment 48hrs before your booking. This will give you enough time to cancel or reschedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, call us on 02 62262351 and Confirm your appointment by replying “Y” to the confirmation text message.

New Appointments

Due to many late and no-shows, we now require new clients to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure an appointment of 2 or more hours. We will only charge the remaining 50% on the day of your booking. In the unlikely scenario that you are unhappy with your hair service, BELLE MÈRE offers adjustments for a two week period following the original appointment date. Adjustments are only provided by the original hairstylist.

Late-Shows & No-Shows

If you fail to show up or cancel last minute, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee, or your deposit will be forfeited to cover the inconvenience. You are also responsible for ensuring we have your correct and updated contact details.

If you are late for your appointment by 30 minutes or more and we did not receive timely notice, we cannot guarantee we can complete part or all of the service.

Clients that continually no-show or cancel will not have priority for services and availability with our stylists in the future. If you have an outstanding fee(s), we will only book future appointments if all outstanding fees are paid.

Additional Guests

Please refrain from bringing any plus ones or children except for those under the age of 18 months. As much as we love all our little people, our little salon is too busy as we do not have enough room to cater to extra people. This is also to avoid safety issues and respect our other beautiful clients in our wonderful space.
